Maven配置Checkstyle ImportControl模块报错：Property 'file'不存在

报错Property 'file' does not exist的核心原因是你使用的maven-checkstyle-plugin版本（3.2.1）默认依赖的Checkstyle 9.x版本中，ImportControl模块的属性名已从file改为importControlFile，同时你配置文件中的旧DTD也不再适配新版Checkstyle。
