安装ArduPilot依赖包时遭遇dronecan安装错误求助

在Windows双系统的全新Ubuntu 18.04环境中，按照ArduPilot官方文档步骤运行Tools/environment_install/install-prereqs-ubuntu.sh -y安装依赖包时，触发DroneCAN安装错误，错误信息如下：

TypeError: 'encoding' is an invalid keyword argument for this function

已尝试以下操作但均无法解决问题：

• 执行pip install auto-py-to-exe时遇到语法错误
• 执行python3 -m pip install pyinstaller提示无pip模块，通过sudo apt-get install python3-pip安装pip后成功安装pyinstaller
• 多次尝试安装auto-py-to-exe，期间安装gevent --pre、指定版本pyinstaller==3.5后成功安装auto-py-to-exe，但原依赖安装脚本仍报错
• 执行pip install -U setuptools后重新运行脚本，错误依旧

本人为Linux新手，已尝试多种搜索到的方法但均无效，希望得到解决思路。
