执行flake8 test.py和pycodestyle test.py均未检测到上述代码中的E721错误，但根据pycodestyle 2.9.1文档，该规则默认启用（除非行尾加# noqa）。

• 显式指定检测规则：flake8 --select E721 test.py / pycodestyle --select E721 test.py

• 组合参数：flake8 --ignore E302 --select E721 test.py / pycodestyle --ignore E302 --select E721 test.py

问题原因分析 #

1. pycodestyle 2.9.1的规则实现细节
   该版本的E721规则对type(obj) == list这类与Python内置类型（如list、dict、str等）的直接比较做了豁免处理——仅会检测自定义类的type比较，不会触发内置类型的E721提示，这是版本设计逻辑，并非工具bug。

2. 版本更新后的修复
   升级到pycodestyle 2.10.0（对应flake8 6.0.0）后，上述豁免逻辑被移除，执行检测会正常触发E721错误：

   λ flake8 test.py
   test.py:2:9: E721 do not compare types, use 'isinstance()'
   

3. 旧版本验证方式
   若要确认旧版本E721规则是否正常工作，可使用自定义类测试：

   class MyClass:
       pass
   
   obj = MyClass()
   if type(obj) == MyClass:  # 此处会被检测出E721
       print("match")
   

   运行flake8 test.py即可看到预期的错误提示。
