解决Alembic Autogenerate重复生成已存在表的问题(仅针对指定Schema)
我刚好碰到过一模一样的情况!问题核心在于Alembic默认不会自动识别你指定的basic schema,第二次执行autogenerate时,它找不到已存在的basic.user表,就会重复生成创建语句。不想用include_schemas=True把所有schema都纳入的话,试试这两种精准控制的方法:
方法一:用include_name过滤指定Schema
在你的env.py里,修改context.configure()的配置,开启include_schemas=True的同时,用自定义函数只允许basic schema通过:

这样Alembic会扫描数据库中的所有schema,但只会处理basic下的对象,就能正确识别已存在的basic.user表,仅生成新增country表的迁移代码。
方法二:给模型类明确指定Schema
还要确保你的models.py里的所有模型都绑定到basic schema,避免Alembic混淆表的归属:

让Base.metadata里的表都明确归属basic schema,Alembic在对比数据库状态时就能精准匹配,不会误判user表不存在。
验证操作步骤
- 删除之前错误生成的、包含重复创建user表的迁移文件
- 重新执行
alembic revision --autogenerate -m"Create country model",此时生成的迁移文件只会包含创建country表的代码 - 运行
alembic upgrade heads,就能成功创建country表,不会再出现表已存在的报错
