修改web.xml路径后Java无法找到文件的问题求助

我近期将web.xml的路径从src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/web.xml修改为src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/webXml/italia/web.xml，目的是通过Maven Profile切换不同国家对应的配置文件夹。但目前Java程序无法找到该web.xml文件。

已在pom.xml中添加maven-war-plugin配置：

运行时出现错误：

: Failed to parse XML descriptor "/C:/Program Files/wildfly-18.0.0.Final/standalone/deployments/archiconEar.ear/archiconWeb.war/WEB-INF/web.xml" at [1,0]

另外发现部署后生成了webXml文件夹（内含国家子文件夹），但程序仍试图读取WEB-INF/web.xml而非webXml文件夹中的文件，请问遗漏了什么配置？

1. 明确maven-war-plugin的webXml参数作用 #

webXml参数的核心逻辑是将你指定路径的web.xml文件复制到war包的WEB-INF/web.xml标准位置，而非让程序直接读取自定义路径。错误提示容器在解析WEB-INF/web.xml失败，大概率是该文件未被正确复制，或复制后内容异常。

2. 绑定Profile实现动态路径切换 #

要通过Profile切换国家配置，需将固定的italia路径替换为动态属性：

1. 在pom.xml中定义Profile：

  • 可尝试将${project.basedir}/xxx改为相对路径src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/webXml/italia/web.xml，避免路径变量解析错误
  • 确认源码中的web.xml本身无语法错误（[1,0]位置的解析错误通常意味着文件为空或格式完全无效）
• 若failOnMissingWebXml设为false，即使指定路径的web.xml不存在，Maven也不会报错，但war包的WEB-INF下会缺少该文件，导致容器解析失败

4. 检查webResources配置的冲突 #

你的webResources配置中，若${jbossWeb.folder}/${current.jbossWeb}目录下存在空文件或错误的web.xml，会被复制到WEB-INF目录下，覆盖你通过webXml参数指定的文件，需排查该目录内容。

5. 容器的web.xml读取规则 #

WildFly等Java EE容器只会读取war包中WEB-INF/web.xml位置的配置文件，源码中的自定义目录（如webXml）仅会被打包进war，但容器不会主动读取该目录下的文件。
