你定义的has_many :following, through: :active_relationships, source: :followed已经帮你建立了“分类-关联关系-被跟随分类”的间接关联，Rails会自动处理following_ids参数：

1. 先保存新创建的Category
2. 根据你传入的following_ids，自动创建对应的Relationship记录（把新分类的ID作为follower_id，目标分类的ID作为followed_id）
