• 不建议直接在onReceive中做耗时操作，推荐用WorkManager替代线程，即使应用被杀死也能保证任务执行：
  在onReceive中提交WorkRequest：

  WorkManager.getInstance(context).enqueue(OneTimeWorkRequest.from(SubmitServerWorker.class));
  

  再创建SubmitServerWorker类处理具体的网络请求逻辑。
• Android 12及以上版本需要提前申请POST_NOTIFICATIONS权限，否则通知无法正常显示。
