Ubuntu 20.04及以上Chrome中onBoundary事件不触发问题

在Ubuntu 22.04系统的Chrome版本109.0.5414.74（官方版本，64位）中，onBoundary事件从未触发。

注意：上述代码片段在Chrome中无法直接运行，但复制到开发者工具控制台可运行，不过onBoundary事件仍未触发。
