问题根源拆解 #

1. getMostRecentThingByPerson函数异步逻辑错误：原函数用回调模式，但在回调外直接返回result，此时回调还没执行，返回的是未赋值的变量，自然拿不到正确结果。
2. map中无法直接用await：map是同步遍历，里面的await不会阻塞整个流程，导致peopleForCsv里全是未resolved的Promise，而非实际数据。
