四处查找均未找到解决方案，恳请帮助。

解决方案

针对Windows环境下PyCharm中出现的这个问题，可尝试以下几种解决步骤：

卸载现有包，安装Windows适配版libtorrent
直接通过pip install libtorrent安装的版本可能缺少Windows依赖的DLL文件。先卸载现有包：

pip uninstall -y libtorrent
```
然后安装专门适配Windows的预编译包：
```
pip install libtorrent-windows
```
安装完成后重启PyCharm再运行代码。
验证Python环境与libtorrent版本的兼容性
