Heroku部署Lerna应用时无法安装Lerna包的问题求助

问题场景 #

在Heroku部署Lerna应用时，平台始终无法在node_modules中生成Lerna包目录。直接在服务器执行npm install lerna@6.0.0，命令输出显示已添加Lerna及16个依赖，但进入node_modules后找不到Lerna文件夹，执行过程如下：

可能的原因及解决办法 #

1. npm依赖扁平化机制导致Lerna被安装到上级目录 #

Heroku环境默认开启npm依赖扁平化（hoisting），Lerna可能被安装到了父级目录或全局node_modules。执行以下命令确认Lerna实际安装路径：

npm list lerna@6.0.0

若路径不在当前项目node_modules，可添加--no-hoist参数强制本地安装：

npm install lerna@6.0.0 --no-hoist

2. Heroku缓存干扰 #

Heroku会缓存node_modules加速部署，旧缓存可能覆盖新安装的包。手动清除缓存后重新部署：

heroku buildpacks:set heroku/nodejs
heroku repo:purge_cache
git commit --allow-empty -m "Purge cache"
git push heroku main

3. npm版本与Lerna不兼容 #

Lerna 6.0.0要求npm 8.x及以上版本，若Heroku环境npm版本过低会导致安装异常。先检查当前版本：

npm -v

若版本不符，在项目根目录创建.npmrc文件：

同时在package.json中添加engines字段：

4. package.json配置限制 #

虽然Heroku默认配置了合适权限，但仍可尝试以管理员权限执行安装：
