MAUI应用Android发布模式无法启动，遇MSB3073及字段访问异常

问题根源 #

从设备日志的关键错误可定位核心问题：

System.FieldAccessException: Field `Microsoft.Maui.Controls.VisualElement:ZIndexProperty' is inaccessible from method `ExpensesMobile.View.Login.Login:InitializeComponent ()'

Debug模式正常是因为调试环境未严格限制内部字段访问，而Release模式下链接器优化会标记ZIndexProperty为不可访问，直接导致Login页面初始化失败。

解决方案 #

1. 检查Login页面XAML的ZIndex使用 #

确保XAML中设置ZIndex时直接使用公开属性，禁止引用内部字段：

• 正确写法：

  <Button ZIndex="2" ... />
  

• 需删除的错误写法：

  <Button BindingContext="{x:Static Microsoft.Maui.Controls.VisualElement.ZIndexProperty}" ... />
  

2. 调整Release模式链接器配置 #

在Android项目的.csproj文件中添加配置，避免链接器限制ZIndexProperty的访问：

方案A：仅优化SDK程序集

<PropertyGroup Condition="'$(Configuration)' == 'Release'">
  <AndroidLinkMode>SdkOnly</AndroidLinkMode>
</PropertyGroup>

方案B：添加链接器保留规则

1. 在项目根目录创建Linker.xml文件，内容如下：

MSB3073错误源于应用残留或设备连接问题，可手动执行：

• 打开命令提示符，运行：

  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools\adb" uninstall com.MyCompanyEtc.ExpensesMobile
  

• 重启模拟器/真机后重新部署Release版本

4. 清理重建项目 #

• 删除项目的bin和obj文件夹
• 清理NuGet缓存：dotnet nuget locals all --clear
• 重新编译Release版本
