问题原因 #

• Spring Batch的step作用域仅绑定到批处理步骤执行的线程，@Async会将方法执行切换到全新的异步线程，原线程的step上下文无法自动传递，导致异步线程无法访问step作用域的bean（如错误中的taskExecutor）。
• 若你的TaskExecutor被配置为step作用域，异步线程完全无法访问该bean，因为其生命周期与批处理步骤强绑定。

解决方案 #

方案1：使用Spring Batch原生异步任务启动（推荐） #

Spring Batch本身支持通过配置异步JobLauncher实现任务异步执行，无需在启动方法上加@Async，既满足API快速响应，又避免作用域问题：

• 确保@Async方法中不直接引用step作用域的bean，所有需要的资源提前在主线程中准备完成。

方案3：手动传递Step上下文（不推荐，易引发线程安全问题） #

若必须在异步线程中使用step作用域bean，可手动传递上下文，但需严格管理生命周期：
