React Native安卓模拟器无法连接Appium服务的原因排查

背景 #

我需要在React Native安卓应用中检测运行的Appium服务（端到端测试服务器），以此让应用识别当前处于E2E测试环境。由于安卓模拟器的localhost指向自身网络接口，通常用10.0.2.2访问宿主机的localhost。
