Discord机器人启动发消息报错：AttributeError: 'NoneType'无send属性

想要实现Discord机器人启动后在指定频道发送消息，已确认机器人具备该频道的查看与发言权限，但运行时报错：

错误原因 #

1. 频道ID类型错误：bot.get_channel()要求传入整数类型的频道ID，原代码中传入的是字符串，导致无法匹配到对应频道，返回None，调用send()时触发AttributeError。
2. 冗余客户端实例：同时初始化了commands.Bot和discord.Client两个客户端实例，这是不必要的，commands.Bot已经继承自discord.Client，保留一个即可。
