你遇到的错误代码5，是因为myFolder.Files.Item(myFolder.Files.Count)的用法完全错误：FileSystemObject的Files集合，Item方法的数字索引是从1开始计数的，但就算索引合法，这样取到的也只是集合里的最后一个文件——而这个文件的修改时间未必是最新的，完全不符合你要找刚下载文件的需求。
