Ubuntu环境下Bridge to Kubernetes启动失败：EndpointManager无法启动

环境信息 #

• 操作系统：Ubuntu 22.04.1
• Visual Studio Code版本：v1.74.3

问题现象 #

启动Bridge to Kubernetes时，卡在“Waiting for the EndpointManager to come up...”步骤数秒后崩溃，报错日志如下：

Error: connect-service-task-terminal-error <json>{}<json> <stack>Error: Failed to establish a connection. 
Error: An unexpected error occurred: 'Failed to launch EndpointManager.'

已尝试的解决措施 #

设置环境变量BRIDGE_BINARYUTILITYVERSION=v1，但问题仍未解决。
