Bioconductor安装DESeq2时遇xfun、utf8等包更新权限问题求助

尝试通过Bioconductor安装DESeq2时出现报错：

使用force = TRUE参数后问题未解决，更新提示的DelayedArray、utf8、xfun包时，utf8和xfun出现non-zero exit status报错。选择不编译源码时，具体报错如下：

• 以管理员身份运行R/RStudio
  右键点击R或RStudio图标，选择「以管理员身份运行」，再重新执行更新和安装命令：

  BiocManager::install("DESeq2", force = TRUE)
  # 或单独更新报错包
  install.packages(c("utf8", "xfun", "DelayedArray"))
  

• 关闭所有R相关进程
  打开任务管理器，结束所有R、RStudio、Rscript相关进程，释放被占用的dll文件后，重新打开R/RStudio尝试更新。

• 手动删除00LOCK文件夹
  找到报错中提到的00LOCK文件夹（如C:\Users\famvi\AppData\Local\R\win-library\4.2\00LOCK），手动删除该文件夹后，重新执行更新命令。

• 指定个人库路径安装
  若系统库路径权限不足，可指定个人库路径安装：

  1. 创建个人库文件夹，比如C:/R/library
  2. 在R中设置库路径：

     .libPaths(c("C:/R/library", .libPaths()))
     

  3. 执行安装/更新命令：

     BiocManager::install("DESeq2", force = TRUE)
     install.packages(c("utf8", "xfun", "DelayedArray"))
     

• 暂时关闭杀毒软件/防火墙
  部分杀毒软件会拦截R替换库中的dll文件，暂时关闭后再尝试更新，完成后重新开启防护。
