Android如何实现不同Item尺寸的网格RecyclerView？

1. 正确配置StaggeredGridLayoutManager #

先确定网格列数，假设首项后每行放3个小Item（适配100dp宽度），初始化布局管理器时设为3列，再让首项占满整行：

val layoutManager = StaggeredGridLayoutManager(3, StaggeredGridLayoutManager.VERTICAL)
recyclerView.layoutManager = layoutManager

在Adapter的onBindViewHolder中给首项设置全跨度属性：

坑点排查 #

• 不要给RecyclerView设置非match_parent的固定宽高，避免挤压Item尺寸
• 确保Item内部控件不会强制撑大根布局，比如内部控件用match_parent时，根布局已设置固定尺寸
• 如果用LinearLayout作为Item根布局，注意布局方向，确保宽高设置生效
