重装R与RStudio后启动崩溃的问题求助及故障报告

问题背景 #

卸载并重装RStudio（版本2022.12.0+353 "Elsbeth Geranium" for macOS）后，启动仍崩溃，R会话启动失败。核心错误为libssl.1.1.dylib库无法加载，日志还包含帮助模块异常、笔记本缓存文件缺失等次生问题。

    /Applications/RStudio.app/Contents/Resources/app/bin/../Frameworks/libssl.1.1.dylib: stat() failed with errno=1

解决步骤 #

1. 彻底清理残留后重装兼容版本 #

• 完全卸载RStudio：
  • 将/Applications/RStudio.app移至废纸篓并清空
  • 删除以下配置目录：
    • ~/Library/Application Support/rstudio/
    • ~/.local/share/rstudio/
    • ~/Library/Caches/rstudio/
• 下载与macOS 10.14.4兼容的RStudio版本（建议选择2022.07.x或更早稳定版，新版本可能依赖更高系统的库）
• 重新安装后直接启动测试

2. 手动修复libssl库加载问题 #

若重装后仍出现库错误，可替换兼容版本的库：

• 用Homebrew安装openssl@1.1（已安装Homebrew则跳过）：

  brew install openssl@1.1
  

• 将兼容的库文件复制到RStudio目录：

  sudo cp /usr/local/opt/openssl@1.1/lib/libssl.1.1.dylib /Applications/RStudio.app/Contents/Resources/app/Frameworks/
  

• 修正文件权限：

  sudo chmod 755 /Applications/RStudio.app/Contents/Resources/app/Frameworks/libssl.1.1.dylib
  

3. 重置RStudio会话配置 #

按住Ctrl + Shift的同时启动RStudio，在弹出的提示中选择"Reset"，重置所有会话配置以排除旧配置干扰。
