复现步骤 #

1. 安装.NET 7.0 SDK
2. 安装Visual Studio Code 1.73.1
3. 打开cmd.exe（管理员或普通用户权限均可，此处使用管理员）
4. 进入目标文件夹，执行命令：cd C:\dev\
5. 创建控制台项目：dotnet new console --use-program-main -o IdeTrouble

解决方案 #

1. 安装兼容版本的MSBuild #

MSBuild是Visual Studio构建工具的核心组件，.NET 7.0 SDK要求MSBuild版本≥17.3.0。需下载Visual Studio 2022构建工具，安装时勾选“.NET桌面构建工具”及“.NET SDK”相关组件，确保安装后MSBuild版本满足要求。

2. 配置OmniSharp使用.NET SDK自带的MSBuild #
