问题场景

我编写的test.ps1脚本：

Jenkins流水线脚本：

pipeline {
  agent {label 'agent1'}
  stages {
    stage("Run Script") {
      steps {
        pwsh "import-module ./test.ps1; startMyApplication"
      }
    }
  }
}

手动在PowerShell终端执行startMyApplication可正常启动应用，但Jenkins以Windows服务形式运行流水线时，应用无法启动，尝试过Invoke-Item、Start-Process、&、Invoke-Expression等方式均无效，Jenkins代理以管理员身份登录机器。

解决方案

1. 开启Jenkins服务的桌面交互权限

Windows服务默认运行在会话0（无交互式桌面），而GUI应用需要依托用户会话显示：

按下Win+R输入services.msc打开服务管理器
找到Jenkins服务，右键选择「属性」
切换到「登录」选项卡，勾选「允许服务与桌面交互」
重启Jenkins服务

2. 优化PowerShell启动命令

修改startExecutable函数，补充必要参数避免应用因依赖或上下文问题启动失败：

3. 确认Jenkins代理的运行账户

确保Jenkins代理服务使用交互式管理员账户（而非Local System账户），这样能继承用户的环境变量和桌面会话权限
若代理通过JNLP启动，需保持启动JNLP的管理员用户处于登录状态（不要锁屏或注销）

4. 排查环境变量差异

部分GUI依赖特定用户环境变量，服务会话可能缺失：

在Jenkins流水线中添加环境变量输出，对比交互式会话的环境变量：

若发现缺失关键变量，可在启动命令前手动补充：
