PowerShell别名显示存在但调用失败，重复创建又提示已存在

问题详情 #

• 在PowerShell配置文件.ps1中定义函数UpdateDolibarrDBPruebas，并添加别名：

  New-Alias -Name 'updateDolibarrDBPruebas' -Value 'UpdateDolibarrDBPruebas' -Scope Global
  

• 调用别名时提示未识别：

  updateDolibarrDBPruebas: The term 'updateDolibarrDBPruebas' is not recognized as a name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or executable program.
  Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
  

• 手动在会话中复制函数后执行别名命令，提示别名已存在：

  New-Alias: The alias is not allowed, because an alias with the name 'updateDolibarrDBPruebas' already exists.
  

• 用Get-Alias查询显示别名已存在：

  Alias           updateDolibarrDBPruebas -> UpdateDolibarrDBPruebas
  

• 重启PowerShell后问题依旧。
