克隆某Flutter电商项目后，执行flutter run时出现构建失败，错误信息如下：

解决方案 #

错误核心是AndroidManifest.xml中引用的LaunchTheme和NormalTheme样式未在项目资源中定义，按以下步骤修复：

• 1. 补全样式定义文件
  打开项目的android/app/src/main/res/values目录，创建或编辑styles.xml文件，添加两个主题的定义：

• 2. 修正Application类配置
  检查AndroidManifest.xml的<application>标签，当前android:name="com.example.shop_app"大概率是错误配置。若无自定义Application类，改为Flutter默认实现：

  android:name="io.flutter.app.FlutterApplication"
  

• 3. 清理缓存并重新构建
  执行以下命令彻底清理项目缓存，避免旧资源干扰：

  flutter clean
  flutter pub get
  cd android && gradlew clean
  cd .. && flutter run
  

• 4. 验证Flutter版本兼容性
  你的manifest中flutterEmbedding值为2，要求Flutter版本在1.20及以上。运行flutter --version检查版本，若版本过低，执行flutter upgrade升级到稳定版。
