Linux下安装fastecdsa失败：Preparing metadata (pyproject.toml)报错求助

我已经花了6小时尝试在Linux上成功安装fastecdsa，但始终无法解决问题。我不是Linux用户，因编程需求刚从Windows切换过来，当前使用Python 3.7。我试过多个兼容版本以及能找到的各种修复方案，都没有效果。

执行以下命令时出现报错：

sudo pip3 install --use-pep517 fastecdsa==2.2.2
