TensorFlow 2.11导入type_spec_registry报错，RLLib运行实验求助

type_spec_registry在TensorFlow 2.11中已被移除，但你当前安装的RLLib版本仍依赖这个模块，导致版本兼容性冲突。

解决方案 #

方案1：降级TensorFlow到兼容版本

TensorFlow 2.10及更早版本包含type_spec_registry模块，可通过以下步骤降级：

• 卸载当前TensorFlow：

  pip uninstall tensorflow -y
  

• 安装TensorFlow 2.10：

  pip install tensorflow==2.10
  

• 重新运行验证命令：

  rllib train --algo DQN --env CartPole-v1
  

方案2：升级RLLib至适配TF2.11的版本

新版本的RLLib已修复该兼容性问题，直接升级即可：

pip install --upgrade "ray[rllib]"

升级完成后再次运行训练命令验证。

如果使用conda管理环境，建议优先用conda安装指定版本的TensorFlow，避免pip与conda的依赖冲突：
