解决Google Chat Node.js库中spaces.create缺失及rooms/spaces差异问题

核心问题：找不到`chat.spaces.create`方法

升级googleapis库版本：旧版本的googleapis可能未同步Google Chat API的最新方法，执行命令升级到最新版：

npm update googleapis
```
升级后重新查看chat.spaces下的方法，新版应该包含create方法。

确认正确调用语法：升级后可以按如下方式调用create方法（需传入必要参数）：
