WPF Label绑定未正常更新问题排查求助

在WPF自定义UserControl中实现了INotifyPropertyChanged机制，Hemisphere属性的setter包含通知逻辑，构造函数中设置了DataContext = this，但在消费端XAML设置Hemisphere="Right"后，绑定到HemisphereUI的Label始终显示默认值NotSet。调试发现setter能接收到正确值，但界面无更新。

问题出在UserControl的依赖属性注册和DataContext设置时机上：

• 未将Hemisphere注册为依赖属性
  你在消费端XAML中直接设置Hemisphere="Right"，这种方式是在设置依赖属性，但当前的Hemisphere只是普通CLR属性，WPF属性系统无法正确处理这种外部赋值的通知逻辑。必须将Hemisphere注册为依赖属性，才能让XAML中的属性赋值触发正确的属性变更通知，同时确保绑定系统感知到变化。

• DataContext设置时机错误
  构造函数中先设置DataContext = this再调用InitializeComponent()，会导致XAML解析时绑定上下文提前固定，后续依赖属性的变更可能无法正确传递到绑定目标。应先调用InitializeComponent()，再设置DataContext：
