错误根源

你遇到的AttributeError是因为参数定义错误：原代码里把channel的默认值设成了discord.TextChannel类型本身，而非None，导致discord.py无法正确将用户输入的频道提及解析为TextChannel对象，反而把它当成了字符串处理，自然没有id属性。

空值判断优化：把if channel==None:改成if not channel:，逻辑更简洁且覆盖更多空值场景。
