Spring Security自定义HttpBasic登录配置无效，为何不生效？

我正在学习Spring Security，第一步尝试将默认表单登录改为HttpBasic登录，编写了自定义配置文件但未生效，无任何变化。怀疑Spring未加载该配置文件，但添加注解后仍未解决此问题。
