1. 排除TestSupportBinder的自动配置
最直接的办法就是在测试类的@SpringBootTest注解里,排除TestSupportBinderAutoConfiguration,强制Spring使用Kafka Streams的binder:

2. 检查测试依赖配置
如果你的项目里引入了spring-cloud-stream-test-support,先确认是不是真的需要它。如果只是为了用@EmbeddedKafka,那这个依赖其实是多余的——spring-kafka-test就足够提供嵌入式Kafka支持。如果确实需要保留这个依赖,那一定要通过上面的排除配置阻止它加载TestSupportBinder。
3. 简化测试配置(可选但推荐)
测试时可以暂时简化spring.cloud.stream.function.definition,只保留你当前要测试的processSomething,减少其他组件的干扰:
spring.cloud.stream.function.definition=processSomething
