原代码的问题
ls(pattern = 'Plot')返回的是对象名称的字符串向量,而非实际的ggplot绘图对象,ggsave()需要传入绘图对象而非字符串。- 循环中
file=paste0("Total", saveplots,".png")使用了整个saveplots向量,会生成包含所有绘图名称的错误文件名,而非对应单个绘图的文件名。
解决方案

使用mget()将字符串名称转换为实际对象,同时筛选出仅属于ggplot类的对象,避免误提取同名非绘图对象:
