AWS EC2实例网络异常：重启短暂恢复后断网，服务超时故障求助

• 同一VPC下5台EC2服务器昨日突发异常，具体表现：
  • 所有应用无法发送邮件、短信
  • 执行git pull拉取项目代码超时
  • 使用yum安装telnet超时
• 已排查Network ACLs、Security Groups、Subnets、Iptables等配置，均未发现异常
• 特殊现象：重启服务器后网络短暂恢复，随即再次断开
