进阶优化（可选） #

如果需要支持排除前缀匹配的端点（比如所有/management/开头的路径），可以在变量的查询语句中调整为：

label_values(http_request_duration_seconds_sum{exported_endpoint=~"/management/.*"}, exported_endpoint)
