• 先更新conda索引，避免因索引过时导致找不到包：

  conda update conda
  conda update --all
  

  更新完成后，重新执行安装命令：

  conda install -c conda-forge pyreadstat

  conda config --add channels conda-forge
  conda config --set channel_priority strict
  

  配置后再尝试安装。

• 如果以上方法都不行，直接用pip安装（pip源通常更稳定）：
