Node.js process.argv参数顺序问题：--count与--filter组合异常求助

需要实现Node.js脚本支持--filter/filter、--count/count参数的单独及组合使用，无论参数顺序如何都能正常工作。例如执行node app.js --filter=ry --count或node app.js --count --filter=ry，但当前代码仅在filter置于count前时正常，其余顺序会出错。

1. 仅固定读取args[2]（第三个命令行参数），忽略其他位置的参数，参数顺序变化时无法正确解析。
2. 当--count在前时，错误尝试用cmd[2]获取filter的值，但此时cmd是--count分割后的数组，仅包含['--count']，cmd[2]不存在，直接导致报错。
3. 用includes判断是否存在filter参数，但未正确提取其对应的值。

遍历所有命令行参数，先统一解析出参数状态（是否需要计数、过滤值是什么），再根据解析结果执行对应逻辑：

• 先遍历所有参数，把count的状态和filter的值都提取出来，与参数顺序完全无关。
• 逻辑判断部分仅根据已解析的状态执行，无需再关心参数位置。
• 兼容--filter=ry和filter=ry两种格式，也支持--count和count两种写法。
