要实现年满18周岁的注册验证，核心是判断用户所选日期是否早于或等于当前日期往前推18年的日期，这里提供两种实用的实现方式：

方式一：直接限制日期选择器的可选范围 #

这种方式最省心，用户根本选不到未满18年的日期，避免后续验证步骤。只需修改showDatePicker的lastDate参数，将其设为当前日期减去18年的精准日期：

• 用DateTime(year-18, month, day)计算18年前日期比直接减Duration(days: 18*365)更准确，能自动处理闰年、不同月份天数差异的问题。
• 如果用户生日是2006-10-05，今天是2024-10-05，这种刚好满18岁的情况是允许注册的，所以用isAfter判断（只有所选日期晚于18年前日期才不符合）。
