Azure DevOps YAML管道存储Git Log至变量报错求助

解决方案 #

核心原因 #

script任务在Windows环境下默认调用CMD执行脚本，但代码使用的是PowerShell语法，CMD无法识别$gitLog这类PowerShell变量写法，因此报错。同时，即使语法正确，直接赋值的变量也无法传递到后续管道步骤，需要用Azure DevOps的特定命令输出变量。

推荐方案：改用PowerShell任务 #

将script任务替换为powershell任务，直接支持PowerShell语法，同时用Azure DevOps的日志命令将变量设置为管道级变量，后续步骤可直接引用：

• powershell任务以PowerShell环境执行脚本，支持$gitLog变量赋值
• Write-Host "##vso[task.setvariable variable=gitLog;]$gitLog"是Azure DevOps的日志命令，用于将$gitLog的值设置为管道级别的gitLog变量，后续步骤可以通过$(gitLog)引用该变量

备选方案：使用CMD语法（不推荐，仅支持单行日志） #

如果必须使用script任务（CMD环境），需要改用CMD的语法，但CMD无法直接存储多行内容，只能获取Git Log的最后一行：
