预期输出中索引3到9的元素都应为-，但实际索引4出现了本该赋值给索引10的值。我是PHP新手，怀疑是引用传递的特性导致问题，寻求解决方法。

1. 修正循环终止判断逻辑 #

原代码中if ($row === count($rows) - 1)的判断完全错误：$row是CSV行的字符串内容，而count($rows)-1是数组的最后一个索引（数字），两者永远不可能相等，导致break从未触发，最后一行也会被错误处理。

将判断改为：

if ($key === count($rows) - 1) {
    break;
}

这里$key是当前循环的数组索引（数字），和最后一个索引匹配时才终止循环。

2. 修复索引赋值遗漏问题 #

你的需求是索引3到9都设为-，但原代码先给$columns[4]赋值了内容，之后没有将其覆盖为-，这是索引4内容错误的直接原因。

在设置其他索引为-的代码块中，添加$columns[4] = "-";，确保索引3-9全部被覆盖：

$columns[9] = "-";
$columns[8] = "-";
$columns[7] = "-";
$columns[6] = "-";
$columns[5] = "-";
$columns[4] = "-"; // 新增这行，覆盖之前的赋值

3. 解除foreach的引用绑定 #

使用foreach ($rows as $key => &$row)时，循环结束后$row仍然是对原数组最后一个元素的引用，如果后续代码中不小心修改$row，会意外改变原数组内容。因此循环结束后必须解除引用：
