我正在学习Java，跟着教程搭建一个包含web.xml、pom.xml、applicationContextMVC.xml、JSP文件、Controller类及HTML视图的「Hello World」基础项目时，遭遇404错误，错误详情：

The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

已经尝试查阅资料、请教Java领域从业者，但问题始终无法解决。项目环境信息：

• Spring相关依赖版本：spring-webmvc、spring-web、spring-context、spring-core 6.0.5
• 构建工具：Maven
• 应用服务器：Tomcat 9.0.73
• JDK版本：17
