已安装Quarto扩展但渲染时无法找到的问题求助

问题背景 #

使用环境：RStudio 2022.12.0+353，Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
已通过quarto install extension pandoc-ext/section-bibliographies安装扩展，项目目录生成_extensions子目录，YAML配置如下：

渲染时出现错误：Error running filter section-bibliographies: Could not find executable section-bibliographies

可能原因及解决办法 #

• 过滤器路径未明确指向Lua脚本
  Quarto默认无法直接识别扩展名称作为过滤器，需指定扩展目录下的Lua脚本路径。修改YAML的filters配置：

  filters:
    - _extensions/pandoc-ext/section-bibliographies/section-bibliographies.lua
  

• 扩展安装不完整
  重新卸载并安装扩展，确保文件完整：

  quarto remove extension pandoc-ext/section-bibliographies
  quarto install extension pandoc-ext/section-bibliographies
  

  安装过程中留意终端输出，确认无报错。

• 版本兼容性问题
  检查扩展README中注明的兼容Quarto/Pandoc版本，确保当前Quarto版本符合要求。若版本不匹配，尝试降级或升级Quarto到兼容版本。

• RStudio环境隔离问题
  尝试在系统终端中直接执行quarto render your-document.qmd命令，排除RStudio会话环境变量异常的可能。若终端能正常渲染，重启RStudio会话即可。

• citeproc禁用后的配置缺失
  确认refs.bib文件确实位于项目根目录，且扩展所需的其他配置项已正确设置，避免因引用源路径错误导致的间接报错。
