一、解决Header被状态栏遮挡的问题 #

• 打开Interface Builder，选中你的tableView，在右侧Attributes Inspector的Scroll View区域，将Content Inset Adjustment Behavior设置为Automatic。这会让系统自动根据安全区域调整tableView的内容内边距，避免header被状态栏（时钟、电池栏）遮挡。
• 如果上述设置无效，在ViewController的viewDidLoad方法中添加代码强制设置：

  tableView.contentInsetAdjustmentBehavior = .automatic
  

• 额外检查：确保tableView的headerView内部约束是从顶部开始布局，没有额外偏移，且headerView的动态高度能被Auto Layout正确计算。

二、解决Footer被模拟器软键盘遮挡的问题 #
