如何提升TabView内嵌List的行侧滑操作优先级（类似.highPriorityGesture）？

我在TabView中嵌入了一个List，想给列表行实现添加/删除的侧滑操作，有没有办法像使用.highPriorityGesture那样，让List的侧滑拥有更高的优先级？

原代码如下：

如果侧滑操作和TabView的切换手势冲突，或者被行内其他手势抢占优先级，可以试试这几种方法：

• 给List添加高优先级横向手势捕获
  给List包裹一个高优先级的横向拖动手势，让系统优先响应List区域内的横向操作（包括侧滑），而不是TabView的切换手势：

  List {
      // 原有的ForEach和行内容
  }
  .highPriorityGesture(
      DragGesture(minimumDistance: 10, coordinateSpace: .local)
          .onChanged { _ in }
  )
  

  设置最小触发距离是为了避免干扰List的正常垂直滚动。

• 调整TabView的手势响应范围
  如果使用的是PageTabViewStyle，可以限制TabView的切换手势仅在屏幕边缘触发，让List所在区域不响应TabView的切换逻辑：
