• 如果之前已经创建过不带collation的唯一索引，必须先删除它，否则新的带collation索引无法生效（或产生冲突）

测试验证：
当集合中已存在'Fred'时，再尝试插入'fred'，MongoDB会抛出重复键错误，请求会被拒绝，完全符合需求。
