错误原因
[ScriptBlock]::Invoke()方法的返回值是**System.Collections.ObjectModel.Collection<PSObject>**,即使函数只返回单个HashTable,也会被包裹在这个集合对象中。直接将整个集合强制转换为HashTable必然失败。
解决方法
1. 主脚本中正确调用函数(推荐)
不需要通过Get-Command和ScriptBlock.Invoke()绕弯,导入模块后直接调用函数即可,PowerShell会自动返回函数的实际输出类型:

2. 修正测试代码的调用方式(仅用于特殊场景)
如果必须通过ScriptBlock执行,需从返回的集合中提取第一个元素再转换:
