使用PDFBox addPage合并PDF插入固定页后生成全空白页面问题

问题根源 #

1. 页面资源未同步：PDFBox中PDPage的内容依赖所属原文档的资源（字体、图像、内容流等），直接调用addPage()将原文档页面添加到新文档时，资源不会自动复制，导致新文档无法渲染页面内容，显示空白。
2. 临时文档未关闭：循环中打开的文档doc和固定页文档doccgv未关闭，会引发资源泄漏，甚至影响页面内容的正常读取。
3. 固定页复用错误：直接复用原文档的cgvpage对象，同样存在资源未同步到新文档的问题。
