如何让biblatex中书籍的标题与副标题均实现首字母大写？

针对包含subtitle字段的BibLaTeX书籍条目，要让副标题和主标题一样实现首字母大写，只需在原@samcarter的方案基础上，给subtitle字段添加对应的格式声明即可。

原方案仅对title字段做了首字母大写处理，我们只需新增一行针对subtitle的格式定义：

% 对主标题应用首字母大写
\DeclareFieldFormat{title}{\MakeTitleCase{#1}}
% 新增：对副标题应用首字母大写
\DeclareFieldFormat{subtitle}{\MakeTitleCase{#1}}

如果需要仅针对书籍类型生效，可以限定条目类型：

\DeclareFieldFormat[book]{title}{\MakeTitleCase{#1}}
\DeclareFieldFormat[book]{subtitle}{\MakeTitleCase{#1}}

添加上述代码后，你提供的Elias2000条目在参考文献中会显示为：

Elias, Norbert. 2000 [1939]. The Civilizing Process: Sociogenetic and Psychogenetic Investigations. Revised edition. Oxford: Blackwell.

这样副标题“Sociogenetic and psychogenetic investigations”就会被自动处理为首字母大写的“Sociogenetic and Psychogenetic Investigations”。
