SwiftUI macOS应用遭拒：如何复现文件面板服务连接失败错误

我开发的一款基于SwiftUI的macOS应用在Mac App Store审核时被拒，审核人员反馈在运行macOS 13.2.1的Mac上启动应用时，弹出错误提示：

"The open file operation failed to connect to the open and save panel service"

我自己从未遇到过这个错误，也不清楚复现路径。已经做了以下排查：

• 按照苹果技术问答QA1778的指引，导出归档后的应用，在macOS 13.2.1的访客账号中运行，应用可正常启动并打开文件
• 测试打开本地、外部硬盘及iCloud Drive中的.xcdatamodel文件，均未出现异常

该应用是采用DocumentGroup实现的Core Data模型文件（.xcdatamodel）查看器，info.plist中的文档类型配置如下：

补充信息：使用Xcode 14.2构建应用，最低部署目标为macOS 13.1，开发设备为运行13.2.1系统的M1 Max，审核人员同样在macOS 13.2.1系统测试。
