Jetpack Compose中MutableStateList更新未被状态观察的问题

• productRemove方法中的removeAt本身可以触发mutableStateListOf的结构变化，如果删除后仍不更新，检查Compose UI是否正确收集了listBilledProducts状态（比如是否在可重组组件上下文内使用）。
• 确保在Compose UI中使用statebilledproducts时，是在Column、LazyColumn等可重组组件内部。
