在使用RMarkdown撰写学术手稿时,遇到文内引用格式问题:当引用带有前缀(或后缀)时,规范要求前缀与引用内容用分号分隔,但直接在代码中使用分号会导致编译异常。

转义无效的原因
Pandoc解析RMarkdown文内引用时,会优先处理方括号内的特殊分隔符。单反斜杠转义会被RMarkdown解析器提前消耗,无法传递到Pandoc层面生效。
有效解决方法
提供两种可靠方案:
双反斜杠转义分号
在分号前添加两个反斜杠,第一个反斜杠用于转义第二个反斜杠,确保第二个反斜杠能被Pandoc识别,实现分号的正常显示:[around 0.07% of the global population\\; @worldometer2022]编译后会正确输出:
(around 0.07% of the global population; Worldometer 2022)自定义CSL样式分隔符
若需要全局统一将引用前缀的逗号改为分号,可直接修改CSL文件:- 找到CSL文件中
layout节点下的prefix相关设置,将默认逗号分隔符替换为分号 - 此方法无需在每个引用中手动转义,适合批量统一格式需求
